FOR PURCHASERS

I encourage you to insure your horse at the time of the purchase. I will take very good care of your horse while you are making shipping arrangements, however, he/she belongs to you. Please get your horse insured. I am not responsible for any injury or death while left in my care. Cinquini Insurance has been great to work with.

I now accept credit cards as a form of payment, subject to 3.5%.

FOAL DEPOSIT POLICY
Foals are sold on a first come, first serve basis. When you have picked out your foal, notify me by a phone 307-351-2744 or email vfburrseye@gmail.com. I will send you a purchase agreement or there is one below for your convenience. Please fill out and return to me, along with a deposit of $1000. The balance of the purchase price is due October 1st, no exceptions. If balance is not received, deposit is forfeited and foal is listed for sale. Foals need to be picked up 20 days from weaning, Oct 20th unless weather is an issue.  I accept credit cards, personal checks, certified checks, bank drafts or money orders. Checks must have time to clear the bank before the horse will be made ready for shipment. Credit cards may be subject up to 3.5% of the purchase price to cover fees.

FOAL DEPOSIT REFUND
If the foal dies or is injured and will be unsound, I will cancel the sale and refund 100% of the deposit prior to Oct 1st. No deposit will be refunded if buyer changes his/her mind. I am not held liable for death or injury once horses are paid in full Oct 1st and left in my care.
